★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya di graha raya di deretan ruko.Diseberangnya SPBU.Tempatnya nyaman dan sejuk.Ada halaman parkir bisa muat beberapa mobil dan motor.Pelayanannya disini sangat tidak bagus karena lambat padahal nasabah tidaklah banyak.Juga bagian CS yang tidak ramah dan memandang sepele bagi nasabah kecil.Bagian sekuriti juga terlalu over acting.Sudah saya tutup rekening disini.
The location is in the graha raya in a row of shops. Opposite the gas station. The place is comfortable and cool. There is a parking lot that can fit several cars and motorbikes. The service here is not good because it is slow even though there are not many customers. Also the CS section is not friendly and looks trivial to small customers The security department is also too over acting. I've closed the account here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy sudah hampir 3 tahun menjadi nasabah BSM Graha raya , heran setiap mau ke cs antriannya lama sekali sampai berjam jam , dan ini sudah berjalan lama , tidak pernah ada perbaikan
I have been a customer of BSM Graha Raya for almost 3 years, I'm surprised that every time I go to CS the queue takes so long for hours, and it's been a long time, there's never been any improvement
