Sekarang sudah berubah menjadi Bank syariah Indonesia, tapi pelayanannya tidak menjadi lebih baik, posisi antrian hanya 3 orang, saya orang ketiga. Tapi orang yang pertama sendiri butuh waktu 1 jam, yang katanya sedang buka deposito. Saya menunggu dari jam 11, org pertama selesai jam 12 lewat. Giliran orang kedua terpotong jam makan siang, org tersebut ditinggalkan sendirian di konter. Dari 3 konter, semua konternya ditinggalkañ kosong. TOLONG SEKALI DIPERBAIKI PELAYANAN NYA. Cust belum tentu punya waktu seharian hanya untuk menunggu. Terima kasih

Pelayanannya lama sekali, satu orang menghabiskan waktu berjam - jam. Customer servicenya terlihat kurang berpengalaman. Ada 3 customer service tapi hanya ada 2 orang. Tempat duduk nya pun kurang. Semoga bisa ditingkatkan pelayanannya.
The service is very long, one person spends hours. The customer service looks inexperienced. There are 3 customer service but there are only 2 people. The seats are also lacking. Hopefully the service can be improved.

Alhamdulillah...melayani kami bagus sekali dan cepat...saya urus pencairan asuran axa mandiri..dilayani oleh customer service cepat dan dibantu sampai up load dokumen sebagai syarat pencairan...mantab...??...terus tingkatkan dan pertahankan pelayanan terbaiknya...
