Sikap gak mencerminkan seorang receptionis. Boro2 senyum, bicara saja kaya mau ngajak ribut. Main hp mulu. Orang begitu kok jadi receptionis. Belagu, gak ramah, gak murah senyum, ngomong gak memandang tamu. PARAH POKOKNYA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coba itu yg dilobi yg laki, kulitnya coklat tua, yg sendirian yg jadi resepsionis di TRAINING lagi gimana caranya jadi Resepsionis... Tampang mukanya ga ada ramah2nya sama sekali... Belagu amat kerja dilobi doang!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ asalamualaikum. saya hilang motor 14 juni 2020 knapa ko asuransi saya gabisa cair saya ngajuin asuransi sesuai prosedur kunci masih dua stnk ada saya juga bayar angsuran selalu tepat waktu sebelum jatuh tempo saya udah bayar angsuran sisa angsurang 4 kali lagi motor sehari hari dipakai kerja tapi knpa ko gabisa cair saya merasa kecewa banget saya merasa ga puas sama asuransi bank sinarmas.
asalamualaikum. I lost my motorbike June 14, 2020, why is it that my insurance can't run out, I can apply for insurance according to the key procedure, it's still two, there I also pay installments always on time before maturity I've paid the remaining installments at least 4 more times the motorbike a day is used for work but why can't liquid I feel very disappointed I feel unsatisfied with Sinarmas bank insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya coba telpon 10x ke Bank Sinarmas Cabang Tanah Abang (021) 39835522 dan tidak diangkat sama sekali. Diminta untuk meninggalkan pesan dengan biaya 600 per menit.
Saya coba telpon ke Sinarmas Call Center diminta langsung telpon ke cabang Tanah Abang, saya bilang tidak bisa dihubungi bagaimana? Apa ada nomor lain yang bisa dihubungi atau email? Karena kebetulan saya kerja dan lokasinya agak jauh kan. Dibilang tidak ada.
Jujur menurut saya telpon dan email itu penting untuk penyedia jasa ya. Apalagi penyedia jasa perbankan seperti ini yang termasuk esensial. Mohon untuk diperbaiki kualitas layanannya. Terima kasih
I tried calling 10 times to Bank Sinarmas Tanah Abang Branch (021) 39835522 and it didn't pick up at all. Asked to leave a message at a cost of 600 per minute.
I tried calling the Sinarmas Call Center and was asked to call the Tanah Abang branch directly, I said I couldn't be contacted, how? Is there another number to call or email? Because I happen to be working and the location is a bit far, right. Says none.
Honestly, I think telephone and email are important for service providers, yes. Moreover, banking service providers like this are essential. Please improve the quality of service. Thank You
