Waiting is really long .. In fact Teller and CS mostly talk and are not friendly to customers ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa menghabiskan waktu 50 menit cmn untuk menunggu. Sangat mengecewakan dan pelayanannya sangat lama. hanya ada 1 CS, padahal hari kerja. CSnya Hanya melayani 1 org saja dan saya perhatikan kerjanya lama bgt. sudah hampir sejam ngak selesai”.
Gimana bisa maju kalo pelayanannya aja bgni.
I was very disappointed to spend 50 cmn minutes waiting. Very disappointing and the service is very long. there is only 1 CS, even though it's a working day. The CS only serves 1 person and I have noticed that the work takes a long time. It's been almost an hour not finished ”.
How can we go forward if the service is like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah buka rekening di sini karena hari sabtu buka. Letaknya di lantai paling atas mall ambasador, di atas lantai foodcourt. Pelayanannya ramah dan cepat, walaupun agak lama prosesnya. Dijelaskan secara detail alur dan kelebihan kekurangan masing masing rekening. Hari sabtu buka sampai jam 3, minggu tutup.
Never opened an account here because Saturday was open. It is located on the top floor of the ambasador mall, on the food court floor. The service is friendly and fast, although the process is rather long. Explained in detail the flow and advantages of each account's shortcomings. Saturdays open until 3 o'clock, sunday closed.

Berkas udh dikirim seminggu sebelum cair tapi tetep aja telat cair.
Beda sama BANK lain dimana hari cair bisa kirim berkas dan langsung proses detik itu cair dan bisa langsung deposito hari itu JUGA..
