★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan pencairan dana umkm tidak sesuai dengan antriaN online... Saya datang dengan memerlihatan bukti antriyan online... Tapi justru harus datang lagi seminggu kemudian dan bukti antrian online yang saya punya disuruh dibuang, Katanya disini haRus tertib ... Justru saya itu mau tertib dengan datang sesuai dengan tanggal antrian dan mengikuti peraturan.... Sangat disayangkan... Kalau sudah aada peraturaan reservasi online daRi sistem bri mohon untuk semua unit jugaa bisa melakukannya dengan baik... Kalo tidaak bisa mohon berikan kaata2 yang lebih pantas kepada nasabah...

It's a pity... If there are rules for online reservation from the bri system, please all units can do it well... If you can't, please give more appropriate words to customer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sya puas dg transaksi atm nya. Bila eror tertulis shingga tdk terjadi kesalahan atau kerugian konsumen.
Klihata nya jg sangat dibutuhkan bagi masyarakat sekitar khusus ya dan pelancong utk melakukan transaksi keuangan
Maka saya sndri brharap sgala bentuk kerusakan teknis trutama atm agar segera ditangani dan tindak lanjut

I'm satisfied with the ATM transaction. If the error is written so that no error or loss occurs to consumers.
Klihata is also very much needed for the surrounding community especially for tourists and financial transactions
So I hope that all forms of technical damage are especially important so that the ATM is immediately handled and followed up
