Datang ke BRI cabang ini dengan niat mencairkan dana BPUM dari Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM. Alhamdulillah pencairan berjalan lancar, walaupun cukup lama menunggu antrian. Karena memang banyak penerima bantuan yang sama. Mudah-mudahan kedepannya pelayanannya semakin baik, namun tetap merakyat, sesuai namanya, Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Peace.
Came to this branch of BRI with the intention of disbursing BPUM funds from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. Alhamdulillah, the disbursement went smoothly, even though the queue was quite long. Because there are many recipients of the same assistance. Hopefully in the future the service will be better, but still populist, as the name implies, Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Peace.

Tolong untuk satpam lebih ramah lagi, sopnya dijalankan, ini kan tempat pelayanan ya mesti melayani dengan baik dan membantu nasabah yg kesulitan bertransaksi, bukannya ditanya malah ketus jika memang dirasa kurang, baiknya menambah satpam lgi untuk berjaga agar pelayanan lebih baik. Tolong sistem antriannya diperbaiki lagi supaya tidak bingung alurnya, dan untuk layar antrian itu digunakan biar orng tau sudah sampai mana antrian berjalan kesian yg diluar gak melulu nungguin satpamnya teriak".

Pelayanannya lama lelet bgt nyesel saya ke BRI ni klw bukan dkt dri lokasi rmah saya gak mau kesni anday aja ad BRI yg lain ,? sumpah cmn ngurus rekening saja nunggu 3 jam sampai kantor BRI nya mau tutup aplgi pelayanan cuek dan sombong sok ud ksih informasi nya singkat jd saya susah memahami cwek cwok sama aja Cutsemer servis nya bad attitude
The service took a long time, I regret going to BRI if I'm not near from my home location, I don't want to come here, then there's another BRI, I swear, just take care of the account, just wait 3 hours until the BRI office wants to close the service application is ignorant and arrogant, pretending to give information it's short, so it's hard for me to understand girls and boys, just Cutsemer has a bad attitude

30/12/2021. Proses pembukaan rekening baru cepet bgt, security ramah, informatif, dan sabar atas nama siapa saya lupa. Nanti kalau saya setor tunai saya edit ulasan ini (agak sedikit botak dan tinggi). Namun ada kecewaan sedikit, pilih britama black saat regist online, tapi dri cs malah dikasih britama silver.
30/12/2021. The process of opening a new account is very fast, security is friendly, informative, and patient on whose name I forget. Later when I deposit cash I will edit this review (a bit bald and tall). However, there was a slight disappointment, I chose britama black when registering online, but from cs they were given britama silver.
