★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6thn lalu service sgt bagus. 2hr ini kesana sgt mengecewakan. Customer service very poor dr staff sampai manager dilokasi. Poor product knowledge (merugikan sy utk biaya yg dr awal sbnarnya tdk perlu), poor customer orientation (dont care abt us), pushy marketing (kept promoting their deposito, sampai dtg kerumah memberikan janji palsu dimasa pandemi covid), slow service (h-1 spent 100rb for nothing, sudah info akan dtg pagi h-2, h-2 pagi sudah tlp konfirmasi, sampai disana masi saja perlu 45menit pdhl tdk ada nasabah lain). Dan jgn bahas ttg over aggresive credcard marketer mereka yg ditolak halus masih dgn lantang terus menerus dorong. Very not recommended. I am never going to entrust a single cent there with such poor experience.
6 years ago the service was very good. 2 days there is very disappointing. Very poor customer service from the staff to the manager at the location. Poor product knowledge (to my detriment for costs that weren't really necessary from the start), poor customer orientation (don't care about us), pushy marketing (kept promoting their deposits, when they came home giving false promises during the covid pandemic), slow service (h- 1 spent 100k for nothing, already informed that it will come in the morning of d-2, h-2 in the morning has been confirmed by phone, it still takes 45 minutes to get there, even if there are no other customers). And don't talk about over-aggressive credit card marketers, those who are gently rejected, still loudly and continuously push. Very not recommended. I am never going to entrust a single cent there with such poor experience.
