Ternyata pelayanan nya ga seburuk yg ada di review, menurut saya lumayan bagus.
Starting to open at 08.30, there are 2 CS on the 1st floor, 2 tellers on the 2nd floor ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS yg di lantai 1 jutek bgtttttt, bad service!!! Padahal sedang giliran saya yg di layani, cuma saya tinggal nulis bentar doang malah melayani orang dulu dan lama bgttttt saya nungguin berdiri lama bgt. Pas terakhir saya bilang makasih dia ga jawab sama sekali. Ga pantes dijadiin cs buat cewe yg dilantai 1 yg pake kerudung.
The CS on the 1st floor is really dirty, bad service!!! Even though it was my turn to be served, I just had to write for a while, instead I served people first and for a long time I waited for a long time to stand. The last time I said thank you, he didn't answer at all. It's not appropriate to be used as cs for a girl on the 1st floor who wears a headscarf.
