Saya jawab : kartu anda tidak dapat digunakan silahkan hubungi Call Center.. belom di Cek belum apa, langsung dijawab sama CS nya. Maaf kartunya sdh tdk bisa digunakan. Mau ga mau harus buat baru pak..
Kok pelayanan nya Mandiri sekarang seperti ini yaaa.. Beda sama Bank tetangga sebelah..
