Tarik dana tunai jika ke atm mandiri nyaman terjaga... cuma menurut saya kurang diperhitungkan dan diperhatikannya untuk masalah tempat Atm bank mandiri operasi 24 jam don't wories kalo mau beli makanan kantin tim gak repot-repot jauh ke luar buat gesek uang

parkir belakang kurang rapi,, teller customer service baik2, tp satpam yg bapak2 didalam klo ga slh belakang nya pak wono,, kurang ramah cara pnjelasan pertanyaan2nya dan sok tau,,, setelah tnya ini itu di cs saja bisa diatasi permasalahan nya,tp sebelumnya si satpam sdh sok bilang tidak bisa,, nyas nyiss,,
the rear parking is not neat, the customer service teller is good, but the security guard who is inside, if it's not wrong, the back is Mr. Wono,, the way is not friendly in explaining the questions and knowing a lot,,, after asking this in cs, the problem can be solved, but before the security guard already pretends to say he can't

Jum'at tanggal 25 februari 2022 saya datang untuk lapor & meminta buku tabungan setelah buku tabungan saya hilang. Sebelumnya saya membuka rekening dicabang Taman Ismail Marzuki ini. Ketika masuk saya jelaskan ke security kronologinya, lalu saya disarankan mengambil nomor antrian. Saat saya tanya syaratnya apa security jawab "kalau buatnya disini ya hanya KTP saja". Okelah saya tunggu antrian sampai 1 jam lebih karena cs yang melayani hanya 2 saja pada saat itu dari 5 meja yang tersedia. Setelah nomor antrian saya 32 dipanggil cs bilang harus pakai surat kehilangan dari polisi dan meminta saya membuat dahulu lalu kembali dengan membawa surat kehilangan. Pada intinya saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan dan informasi yg kurang jelas ini, arahan dari security dan syarat yang diminta cs bisa berbeda. Jika memang surat kehilangan itu menjadi syarat khusus maka bisa diinfokan sejak awal, jadi saya tidak perlu menunggu hingga 1 jam lebih. Saya adalah nasabah yg membuka rekening dicabang Taman Ismail Marzuki ini, dan saya harap hal ini tidak terulang pada customer lainnya. Waktu kami juga sangat berharga, jadi pelayanan kedepan mohon ditingkatkan khususnya pada informasi yang seharusnya dapat diterima customer sebelum melakukan transaksi/pelayanan cs. Terima kasih.
Friday, February 25, 2022, I came to report & asked for a passbook after my passbook was lost. Previously I opened an account at this Taman Ismail Marzuki branch. When I entered, I explained to security the chronology, then I was advised to take a queue number. When I asked what the security requirements were, he replied "if you make it here, it's only an ID card". Okay, I waited in line for more than 1 hour because the cs served only 2 at that time out of 5 available tables. After my queue number 32 was called, the cs said I had to use a letter of loss from the police and asked me to make it first and then come back with a letter of loss. In essence, I am very disappointed with this unclear service and information, the directions from security and the requirements requested by cs can be different. If the letter of loss is a special requirement, it can be informed from the start, so I don't have to wait for more than 1 hour. I am a customer who opened an account at this Taman Ismail Marzuki branch, and I hope this does not happen to other customers. Our time is also very valuable, so in the future, please improve services, especially on information that should be received by customers before making transactions/cs services. Thank you.
