β β β β β Bagian Consumer Loan (KPR, kredit mobil, dst) utk Bekasi dsktrnya. Pelayanan buruk. Sy ingin mengambil agunan KPR yg sdh lunas. Hampir sebulan berusaha telp di 3 nomor yg tercantum, tak satu pun respon. Terpaksa langsung datang, dan disuruh utk ajukan permohonan dulu dan butuh 2 hari baru bisa kembali lagi utk ambil. Alasan staf: personil terbatas. Sebagai nasabah KPR, pendapat saya after sales services buruk. Sekali Anda menjadi nasabah, hampir tidak ada korespondensi. Anda harus aktif sendiri, meski respon juga lambat.

β β β β β Floating rate KPR saya saat ini di 12,25% p.a. setelah masuk masa floating, setelah fix 3thn di 6,88%.
Akhirnya saya cari2 kpr take over dg tenor 5 thn dan fixed 5 thn. Hanya dapat di bank swasta lain yg rate OK seperti P*nin, n*sp dll. Klo BC* per bulan ini saya tanya, floating di 11, sekian.
BN*, B*N masih mirip2 bahkan di atas dikit dari M*ndiri. Ya meskipun bayar biaya pelunasan dipercepat, masih worth it take over di fixed 5thn dg <= 6% p.a di bank swasta lain.
Untung ada bank swasta lain, tidak hanya bank b*umn, jadi customer bisa banyak pilihan ?

Finally, I looked for take over mortgages with a tenor of 5 years and fixed 5 years. Only available at other private banks with OK rates such as P*nin, n*sp etc. If I ask BC* per month, it's floating at 11, that's it.
BN*, B*N are still similar even above a little from M*ndiri. Yes, even if you pay an accelerated repayment fee, it's still worth it to take over at a fixed 5 years with <= 6% p.a at another private bank.
Luckily there are other private banks, not only state-owned banks, so customers can have many choices

Counter CS ada 5 tetapi mengapa yang melayani hanya ada 1, CS yang lain hanya mengobrol di belakang ketawa ketiwi. Tidak setimpal dengan jumlah nasabah yang ada. Mengapa hall seperti ini bisa terjadi. Kami nasabah amat sangat prihatin atas pelayanan CS di KCP Bank Mandiri Bekasi Ahmad Yani,
Mohon untuk pelayanan nasabah di perbaiki agar kejadian seperti ini bisa di hindari. Dan juga dapat menghindari penularan COVID 19, jika penumpukan nasabah berkurang
