★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personel di Bank Mandiri sedikit sekali. Teller hanya 1 dan customer service juga hanya 1 perempuan. Terkadang 2 customer service yang melayani nasabah bank, tapi itupun jarang sekali. Menunggu lama setiap kali ada urusan kesini. Dikarenakan personelnya sedikit. Tersedia ATM Bank Mandiri dan bapak Satpam siap membantu dengan sopan dan sigap jika ada kendala terkait proses perbankan.
There are very few personnel at Bank Mandiri. Only 1 teller and only 1 female customer service. Sometimes 2 customer service providers serve bank customers, but that is rare. Wait a long time whenever there is business here. Because the personnel are few. Bank Mandiri ATMs are available and the security guard is ready to help politely and swiftly if there are problems related to the banking process.
