 I replace my damaged e-money but the service is very slow, many customers are queuing but only customer service is open

The biggest bank but teller service only 2 people. Customers have to stand in line like queuing for free groceries. Inhuman

kemarin buka tabungan, kartu atm saya ga di buatkan PIN. biasanya kalo buka tabungan di bank lain di layani dengan CS saja sampai proses selesai. ini harus setor uang sendiri ke teller nya di lantai 2.
tolong dong pelayanan nya di tingkat kan lagi, kecewa bgt saya buka tabungan disini tapi tidak di layani dgn baik
The service is very lacking,
yesterday opened a savings account, my ATM card was not made a PIN. Usually, if you open a savings account at another bank, you will only serve it with CS until the process is complete. You have to deposit your own money to the teller on the 2nd floor.
please upgrade the service again, really disappointed I opened a savings account here but it was not served well

Sorry, if possible the queue number system is made online so it can be used for other things at a different time. I'm sure most Bank Mandiri customers are busy people
