INI BANK BUMN,,,tapi PELAYANAN BURUK ...ENTAH DI MESIN...ATO DI TELLER +CSO
 GETTING HERE,, MANY ATM MACHINES ARE ERROR/SLOW,,,
ALSO OFTEN FIND ATM MACHINE WITH NO MONEY
NOT ALL TRANSACTIONS CAN USE LIVIN... NEED CASH ALSO
THIS IS A SOE BANK,,,but BAD SERVICE...WHETHER IN MACHINERY...ATO IN TELLER +CSO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum datang kesini sih baca review ulasannya yg isinya buruk smuaa, berharap pas datang kesini review itu salah smua eh ternyata memang benar pelayanan sangat2 tidak bagus, tidak sopan, tidak ramah, baru dateng aj disambut satpamnya ga sopan , customer servicenya jg yg cwok (gtwlah namanya) itu jg attitudenya ga ada , lamban, kerjanya dilama2in tidak cepat parah lah pokoknya!!!!!!!!! ???
Before coming here, I read the reviews that were all bad, I hoped when I came here the reviews were all wrong, eh, it's true, the service is really not good, not polite, not friendly, just arrived, the security guard was not polite, the customer service was also very good (gtwlah the name) it also doesn't have an attitude, it's slow, it doesn't work for a long time, it doesn't get worse quickly!!!!!!!! ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah 2 hari berturut turut gua datengin ini bank. Nggak dpt antrian mulu. Pdhl gua dateng pagi pagi bgt. Timbang ganti kartu doang ribet. Pengalaman gua pake bank bca ganti kartu atm pelayanan a enak. Tinggal pake mesin lgsg jadi nggak ada 5 mnt. Emg mandiri chuuaakkss ?
I've been to this bank for 2 days in a row. Can't wait in line. Pdhl I came very early in the morning. It's just that changing cards is complicated. My experience using a BCA bank to replace an ATM card, the service is good. Just use the lgsg machine so it doesn't take 5 minutes. Emg independent chuuaakss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang dari pagi..dapet antrian no. U29 .. datang jam set.9 sampe hampir jam 12 belum di proses..
Karena hari ini Jumat jadi .. jumatan ? kalo gini kan mending saya balik dulu .engga nunggu lama... (Saya pekerja yang izin untuk ke bank)
Tolong petugasnya diberikan edukasi untuk memberitahu ke nasabah..
"Untuk nomor tiket segini nanti bapak/ibu bisa balik lagi setelah jumatan"
Hal ini simple tapi berarti banget buat yang buru buru...apalagi bank ini kan bukanya di hari kerja.. otomatis banyak yg izin atau malah cuti untuk kesini..hargai itu ..
Came from morning..got queue no. U29 .. arrived at set. 9 until almost 12 o'clock not processed yet..
Because today is Friday so.. Friday If this is the case, I'd better go back first. Don't wait long... (I'm a worker with permission to go to the bank)
Please provide education for the officers to inform customers..
"For a ticket number like this, you can come back after Friday"
This is simple but it means a lot for those who are in a hurry... moreover this bank is not open on weekdays.. many people automatically get permission or even take time off to come here.. respect that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang sangat buruk, beda jauh banget sama BCA bagaikan bumi dan langit,kalo di BCA baru dateng dr parkiran aja udh kaya raja di lippo cikarang,kadang dibikinin kopi atau teh juga,lah di mandiri baru dateng udah dijutekin
