padahal nasabah disuruh ganti kartu atau di blokir.
pastinya antrian CS bakal panjang.
Seharusnya jam kerja dikembalikan seperti semula untuk antisipasi antrian.
 Opening hours backwards to 0900 hours,
even though the customer was told to change cards or was blocked.
surely the CS queue will be long.
Working hours should be returned to normal in anticipation of queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis, nyaman, banyak tempat parkirnya. Antrian teller sekarang ngga berdiri lagi, sudah disediakan kursi yang cukup banyak. Cuma kalo Senin tanggal muda, antrian banyak yang tidak kebagian kursi.
Pelayanan sangat ramah. Banyak kemudahan untuk bertransaksi, tidak harus ke teller. Ada internet banking, sms banking dan aplikasi mandiri online.
Ada 2 mesin ATM setor tunai, sangat membantu tidak perlu antri ke teller, apalagi kalo hari libur dan harus transfer.
Strategic location, comfortable, lots of parking. The teller queue now doesn't stand up anymore, there are enough seats provided. Only when Monday is young, there are many queues that don't get seats.
Very friendly service. There are many conveniences for transacting, no need to go to a teller. There is internet banking, sms banking and independent online applications.
There are 2 ATM machines for cash deposits, very helpful, no need to queue to the teller, especially if it's a holiday and you have to transfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati-hati kalau stor uang di teller dalam jumlah banyak.karena petugasnya ada yang nakal.dari rumah sudah di hitung 3 kali jumlahnya sesuai.begitu sampai di hitung teller uang kurang 1 jt lebih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam Buka telat. Pelayanan lama. Staff counter telat, ga ngmg minta maaf. Di suruh nunggu sampe 30 menit. Isi counter kosong yang buat trf di atas 25 jt. Lamban banget. Sumpah. Padahal cuma nemenin orang tua kesini. Makanya sampai sekarang gw gamau buka Mandiri. Lamban jelek banget. Di perbaiki lagi pelayanannya. Seengganya ngmg maaf. Malah cuma ketawa ketawa. Nalar ga ada.
Late Opening Hours. Old service. The counter staff is late, don't want to apologize. Was told to wait up to 30 minutes. Fill the empty counter that makes trf above 25 million. Very slow. Oath. Even though only accompanying parents here. That's why until now I don't want to open Mandiri. Very bad slow. Repaired the service again. At least I'm sorry. Even just laughing. Reason does not exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very comfortable. One of the biggest banks in the city of Purwokerto. The waiting room is very clean, neat, comfortable, and quite cold. The ambient light inside this place is so beautiful.
There are many teller and customer service counters. The employees are so friendly, informative, and professional to handle the customers' problems.
You can find the ATM outside the bank. The parking lot is large enough. This building design is also iconic.
