Pagi2 agak sepi..., pelayanan disini lumayan...
Located in the Mangga Dua Square complex ... at the far end, facing the exit to Pademangan.
Morning is rather quiet ..., the service here is pretty ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teller cuma satu. Pdhal antrian panjang.Nasabahnya kebanyakan kantor disekitar mangga dua square.transaksinya besar2.jd lelet.sering offline pula.
There is only one teller. Even though the queues are long. The customers are mostly offices around Mangga Dua Square. The transactions are large. 2.Jd is slow. Often offline too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk cs menunggu terlalu lama sampai 1 jam untuk proses kehilangan kartu debit. Telp ke cabang verifikasi sampai 1jam dan tidak menghasilkan apa2.
For CS, waiting too long for up to 1 hour for the process of losing a debit card. Call to the verification branch for up to 1 hour and it does not produce anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tellernya lama pelayanannya..tidak ramah. Padahal cuma 3orng yg antri...sya menunggu hampir 1jam..dan akhirnya dibilang ..sistemnya lg error..bsok kesini lgi aja pak..
The teller took a long time ... not friendly. Even though only 3 people were queuing up ... I waited for almost an hour ... and finally it was said ... the system was error again ... just come here tomorrow sir ...
