★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saran saya sebaiknya menambah customer service karena hanya ada 2 yang benar2 bertugas sedangkan pelanggan banyak. (Hanya 1 ternyata). Kalau ditambah akan jd lebih cepat melayani customer dan kami tidak perlu menunggu terlalu lama. Terima kasih.
My advice should be to add customer service because there are only 2 who really work while many customers. (Only 1 turned out). If it is added it will be faster to serve the customer and we don't have to wait too long. thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama bikin e banking mandiri disini setelah selesai saya coba transaksi mengunakan e banking mandiri,setelah saya coba ternyata di situ tertera status gagal,akan tetapi saldo saya berkurang sebesar pembayaran transaksi tsb. Ke esokan harinya saya menuju bang mandiri di cut mutia untuk menyampaikan masalah ini,dan sudah di bantu oleh cs mba alin pada saat itu.kata beliau menunggu lebib kurang 7 hari,nanti akan di hub.kl sudah mendapatkan info. Hari ini senin 21/09/2019. Saya di hubungi oleh cs mandiri tsb bahwa sudah transaksi tsb sudah di teruskan ke pihak akulaku dari tgl 20.pas saya cek hasilnua mengecewakan tagihan saya masih ada saya cek di e banking saldo saya pun masih belum ada perubahan.
Jujur saya menyesal daftar e banking mandiri,maksud saya bikin e bankng mandiri biar mempermudah tapi ini malah merepotkan saya.
It was only the first time I made an independent e banking here after I finished the transaction using Mandiri e banking, after I tried it it turned out that the status failed there, but my balance was reduced by the payment of the transaction. To the next day, I headed to Bang Mandiri at Cut Mutia to convey this problem, and I was helped by the CSO at that time. He said he waited 7 days or more, then the hub will get info. Today is Monday 9/21/2019. I was contacted by the Mandiri CS that the transaction had been forwarded to my account from the 20th day. When I checked the results disappointed my bill, I still checked my e-banking balance, there were still no changes.
Honestly, I regret the list of independent e-banking, I mean to make e-bankng stand-alone to make it easier, but this is troublesome for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mau nyairin cek di bank ini tapi ditolak karena katanya penulisan terbilangnya salah, katanya harus pakai "puluh" di belakang koma. Padahal kan sesuai EYD memang bilangan dibelakang koma cara membacanya disebutkan angkanya saja tanpa "puluh". ngasih taunya ngeselin banget juga yaampon. Udah antri lama bgt juga, percuma
wanted to send a check at this bank but was refused because he said the writing was wrong, he said he had to use "forty" after the comma. Even though according to EYD, it is true that the number behind the comma, how to read it, only mentions the number without "forty". give me really annoying yaampon Already in line for a long time, it's useless

Ini BUMN lhoo .. kalo begitu terus kinerjanya apa gak ketiban sama Bank lain
