Satpam bukain pintu sambil duduk santai, saya berdiri beliau tetap duduk dan nanya saya mau ngapain terus di arahin ke cs ( tetep masih duduk juga)? setau saya jadi doorman atau satpam ga gt caranya, atau beliau lagi sakit ?( Kl lagi sakit kaki atau apa akan di maklumin tp bilang ke nasabah, pastilah nasabah memaklumin) fyi : pas saya plg si udh g ad beliau ( bpk satpam ) di tempat duduknya yg tadi , gatau kemana 2. Ke cs muka csnya musam, cemberut ngeliat nasabah udah males gitu, ngebantu tapi sbg nasabah saya merasa beliau TIDAK sepenuh hati dalam melayani 3. Ke teller , mbaknya ramah tp sygnya cek yg sudah di approved untuk di cairkan di kasir tidak di appoved krn ad penebalan angka walaupun terbilangnya bener ( saya pun bs memaklumi krn emg sudah SOP ) , dan sy berinisiatif untuk minta ttd ayah saya untuk koreksi ( mengingat lokasi yg dekat bs dlm 5-10menit sy jangkau ) , tetapi cashier tidak mau karena katanya setelah jam pelayanan ada DINAS lagi, --- its ok) tp sy plg dalam keadaan kecewa, shg tercetusnya ulasan ini
disini bs di lihat tidak adany kerjasamanya antra csr dan cashier, csnya app bahkan sudah TANDA TANGAN, tetapi KASIRNYA GA APPROVED !!
Tlg untuk di tingkatkan pelayanan dan loyalitas thd nasabah yg memang sedang SANGAT MEMBUTUHKAN supaya nasabah merasa nyaman. Terimakasih
First came: 1. The security guard opened the door while sitting relaxed, I stood up he was still sitting and asked me what to do and was directed to cs (still sitting too) ? if I am a doorman or security guard, how can I do it, or is he sick? If you have leg pain or what will be informed, but tell the customer, the customer will definitely understand) fyi: when I was playing, he was (Mr. Security) in his seat earlier, I don't know where 2. To the cs face, the cs is musam, frowns and looks the customer is lazy like that, helping but as a customer I feel that he is NOT wholeheartedly in serving 3. To the teller, the lady is friendly but really the check that has been approved for disbursement at the cashier is not appreciated because there is a thickening of the numbers even though they are correct (I can also understand because I already have SOP), and I took the initiative to ask my father for correction (considering the location is close to within 5-10 minutes I can reach it), but the cashier doesn't want it because he said after service hours there is another DINAS, --- its ok ) but I plg in a disappointed state, so this review sparked
here you can see there is no cooperation between CSR and Cashier, the CS app even has a SIGNATURE, but the cash is GA APPROVED !!
Tlg to improve service and loyalty to customers who really need customers to feel comfortable. Thank you
