★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Servicenya sangat hati hati dalam menerima nasabah baru. Lokasinya dipinggir jalan yang ramai sehingga tempat parkir sangat terbatas. Ruanganya bersih dan nyaman serta pelayananya memuaskan.
The Customer Service is very careful in accepting new customers. The location is off a busy road so parking is very limited. The room is clean and comfortable and the service is satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ribet,,,cuma mau print b tabungan ajj..harus yg bersangkutan,,g bisa d wakilkan padahal bank dki yg lain bisa,,asal bawa ktp nasabah..
It's complicated ... I just want to print b savings ... you have to be the one concerned ... can't represent it even though other banks can ... as long as you bring the customer's ID card ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nya Sangat Bersih.. Area Parkir nya Pun Sangat Aman Sekali.. Meskipun Agak Mahal Tarif Parkir di Sini, Tapi Keluar Uang Lebih Sedikit Tidak Masalah, Karena Area Parkir nya Pun tak Sulit untuk Memarkir Kendaraan, Karena Terletak di Pinggir jalan raya Persis..
