★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat menabung dilayani dengan cepat oleh teller karena sepi dan sudah siang. Tapi ketika mau ganti buku tabungan tidak bisa, mesti menunggu antrian 2 minggu berikutnya. Saran saya, pelayanan CS nya diperpanjang sampai jam 13.00 dan dibuka pelayanan CS 2 orang.
When saving, the teller served them quickly because it was quiet and it was already noon. But when you want to change your savings book you can't, you have to wait in line for the next 2 weeks. My suggestion is that the CS service is extended until 1:00 p.m. and 2 CS services are opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang bagus...utk membuka atau menutup rekening/deposito kita diminta utk menyiapkan materai sendiri tidak dr pihak banknya..ya kalo kita datang siang mgkn toko buku sudah ada yg buka tp kalo kita datang pagi blm ada yg buka..dan sangat lambat prosedurnya.
The service is not good...to open or close an account/deposit we are asked to prepare our own stamp duty not from the bank..yes if we come in the afternoon maybe there are bookstores that are open but if we come in the morning no one is open...and very slow procedure.
