★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antriannya sangat lama dan tidak terurut saat membagikan nomor antrian, seharusnya dibereskan dulu kartu antriannya baru siap dibagikan. Customer servicenya mungkin bisa ditambah biar tidak memakan waktu lama gini

Tolong dooong pelayanannya diperamah sama nasabah jangan mentang² kita ngurusin KJP, memang BANK DKI sudah ditunjuk ngurusin kjp tolong jangan diperibet, mau ngurusin butab yang hilang aja disuruh bawa anaknya, dan juga khusus untuk SATPAM yang ramah dong klo ngomong yang sopan...klo ditanya jawab yang ramah..
