★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Istri saya mendapatkan pelayan yg buruk dari CS Bank DKI cabang Pasar Cibubur yg bernama LOLA NOVI. Pada saat istri menanyakan perihal buku tabungannya yg sudah penuh dan ingin mengganti yg baru. Ibu Lola menanyakan ke istri sy ibu nasabah KJP ya? Lalu istri sy menjawab iya. Lsng saja ibu lola menjawab dgn ketus buku tabungannya habis. Dan tanpa melihat ke arah istri saya, tapi melainkan ke arah HP yg di pegang ibu lola. Pertanyaan saya adalah apa pihak bank DKI membedakan nasabah biasa dgn nasabah KJP? Apakah CS Bank DKI tau dan paham SOP melayani nasabah yg ramah dan sopan. Hampir rata2 keluhan nasabah bank DKI adalah attitude CS nya. Saya harap pihak bank DKI dpt memperbaiki penilaian buruk para nasabah dan masyarakat pd umumnya. Terima kasih.
My wife got a bad waiter from CS Bank DKI Pasar Cibubur branch named LOLA NOVI. When the wife asks about her savings book that is full and wants to replace a new one. Ms. Lola asked my wife, a KJP customer, right? Then my wife answered yes. It's just that Mrs. Lola answered curtly that her bank account is gone. And without looking at my wife, but rather at the cellphone held by Mrs. Lola. My question is what does the DKI bank distinguish between ordinary customers and KJP customers? Does CS Bank DKI know and understand SOP to serve friendly and polite customers. Nearly the average complaint from DKI bank customers is its CS attitude. I hope the DKI bank can improve the poor assessment of the customers and the public at large. thanks.
