★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedua kali nya kesini. Daaaannn, semakin ga nyaman aja. Sofa untuk customer nya so sorry to say, udah d**il, mau duduk ga duduk, antriannya lama. Mending ga yang sofa dari bahan kain deh, kayak di bank sebelah, biar yang nempel yah paling debu aja ga ama partikel or makhluk idup kecil lainnya yang biasanya bersarang di bahan yang lembab gini.
Teruuuass, antriannya lama bukan karena banyak yang antri tapi karena 2 pos teller ga ada teller nya.
Ini udah setengah jam nunggu, dan jawab satpamnya kenapa ga ada teller : lagi ada transaksi.
Oh di dalam ruangan sepertinya, transaksi khusus.
Kirain teller klo transaksi di depan.
Daaannnn yang paling mengganggu, yang lewat teplak teplok karena sepatu nya diseret, dan dibuka buka.
Ups, untuk seorang pelayan publik rasanya ga pantes banget sepatu diseret seret gtu. Ga nyaman liat dan denger nya.
CS nya rambutnya bisa dikuncir lebih sopan? Plis jangan di cepol pke karet tangah dunk, aduhhh...
Second time here. Daaannnn, it's getting uncomfortable. The sofa for the customer is so sorry to say, it's already slow, doesn't want to sit down, the queue is long. It's better if the sofa is made of cloth, like in the next bank, so that the dust sticks to it, not particles or other small living things that usually nest in this damp material.
Teruuuass, the queue is long not because there are a lot of people queuing but because the 2 teller posts don't have tellers.
It's been half an hour waiting, and the security guard answered why there was no teller: there was another transaction.
Oh in the room it seems, special deals.
Guess the teller if the transaction is up front.
The most disturbing daaannn, who passed the clap because his shoes were dragged, and opened.
Oops, for a public servant, it doesn't feel right to drag your shoes around like that. It's uncomfortable to see and hear.

Saya sebelumnya sudah tlpn ke cs prihal merubah tanggal lahir bagimana, cs menyarankan boleh ke bank DKI terdekat, eh malah dia jawab ketus bngt, saya sebagai nasabah ngerasa ga nyaman, sangat tidak ada adab satpam nya, akhrnya saya langsung pulang saja .
Very annoyed this morning, asking nicely Ama security guard was answered very curtly.
I had previously called cs regarding changing the date of birth, cs advised me to go to the nearest DKI bank, but instead he answered very curtly, I as a customer felt uncomfortable, there was no security guard etiquette, in the end I just went home.
