β β β β β Memang benar review dari teman2, ternyata sangat lelet baik customer service maupun teller. Saran saya untuk bank niaga untuk pelayanan SOP harus simple dan jelas sehingga customer tidak terlalu lama menunggu. Karena customer sangat majemuk ada yg waktu luangnya banyak ada yg diburu deadline. Kalau ada bintang 0 pingin kasih bintang 0

β β β β β Pelayanan buruk! Hari pertama dateng udah ngantri 3jam ternyata pas dipanggil katanya sistem error ( untuk pembuatan atm )
Harusnya diinfokan dr awal klo sistem lagi error biar ga buang2 waktu saya!!
Hari kedua dateng ngantri lagi lama
( padahal katanya besoknya klo dateng gausah antri langsung masuk dan diproses )
Nyatanya HOAX!!
Tolong hargai waktu orang lain!

β β β β β Pelayanan lelet,padahal cuma ngantri 7 orang..bisa sampe 5 jam lebih menunggu..
Harusnya di perbanyak customer servisnya biar lebih menghemat waktu,kita juga kan sambil kerja..
Habis dah waktu cuma ngantri doang Disni...
Mana ngantrinya kita harus diluar.
Mau ganti kartu ATM aja lah..
Gak recomended lah,buat kalian semua yg mau buka rekening baru untuk CIMB.nya..
Service is slow, even though there are only 7 people waiting in line ... it can wait more than 5 hours ..
The customer service should be multiplied so that it saves more time, we also do it while we are working ..
Time runs out just waiting here ...
Where do we have to go outside.
Just want to change the ATM card ...

β β β β β 1.jam setengah 10 CS ke pantri dlu.nomor antrian udah dipanggil dari sistem tp CS belum balik ke mejanya.pas CS balik,lsg gw duduk ke kursi pelayanan,malah nanya : udah dipanggil?apa nggak denger toanya manggil?malah nanya ke CS sebelah : kamu nomor berapa,udah dipanggil?....nggak jelas bgt dh nanya2 nomor antrian brp
2.perpanjang kartu atm,disuruh sebutin nama ibu kandung,katanya tidak sesuai dgn KK,data tidak sesuai dgn dukcapil,suruh motoin KKnya.logikanya gw udh perpanjang kartu 2x,yg pertama g mslh,masak ini namanya salah.giliran dikasih foto KK nya,diem aja.salah dimana coba?ngeles aja,bilang aja nggak punya datanya.
3.jauh dari kata ramah.ucap selamat pagi aja nggak,kalimat pertama yg terucap : udh dipanggil?sudah selesaipun cuma bilang : ada lagi yg bs dibantu?nggak.udah titik
4.perpanjang kartu sih cepet g smp setengah jam,selain itu bs hampir 1 jm nunggu.
5.prioritas ada nasabah lg cedera pake tongkat,lsg dipanggil pdhl baru dtg.kasian yg lain dr pagi udh antri.

2. Extend the atm card, asked to mention the name of the biological mother, she said it doesn't match the KK, the data doesn't match the dukcapil, told me to drive the KK. Logically, I've extended the card 2x, the first one is wrong, the name is wrong. It's my turn to give a photo of the KK Just shut up. Where did you go wrong? Just ignore it, just say you don't have the data.

β β β β β Pernah ke sini, mau perbarui ATM, dateng dari jam 10 pagi, baru kelar jam 4 sore. Gilak banget pelayanan nya jelek banget. Tobat tobat kaga dateng2 lagi ke nih kantor cabang

β β β β β Pelayanan terburuk selama mengunjungi bank. ?? Satpam sangat tidak ramah, minta nomor loket dibilang gak keburu antrian buat hari ini tapi dari jam 08.00 - 10.45 antrian masih no 8. Disuruh buat rekening lewat aplikasi oto mobile saja, saya turuti, tapi ketika minta penjelasan bagaimana caranya. Malah dijawab ketus. Setidaknya kalau tidak mau memberikan no antrian, beri kepahaman untuk nasabah baru bagaimana cara menggunakannya.
Worst service during visiting bank. The security guard is very unfriendly, asking for a counter number is said not to be in a queue for today but from 08.00 - 10.45 the queue is still number 8. I was told to create an account via the auto mobile application, I did, but when I asked for an explanation how to do it. Even answered curtly. At least if you don't want to give a queue number, give understanding to new customers how to use it.
