★ ★ ★ ★ ★ maaf tapi beneran lama banget, pelayananya kurang cak cek gt, 2,5 jam sndiri cm ngurus atm keblokir, antrinya pdhl sdkt, tp pelayanan per customernya busyet super lama skali. smg nambah cabang baru deh, dl yg di dpn lippo itu enak cpt, sm yg dijakal jg cpt playananya syg uda ga ada, klo yg dsni dr dl emg lama
 sorry but it's really really long, the service is lacking, check gt, 2.5 hours alone, taking care of the atm is blocked, the queue is a little longer, but the service per customer is super busy. I wish I could add a new branch, the one in front of Lippo is delicious, it's fast, while those who are selling it are also fast, the game doesn't exist anymore, if it's already there, it's been a long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tellernya sangat longgar, sedangkan lebih banyak customer yang ingin ke cs, namun hanya terdapat 2 cs melayani dari sekian antrian. Antrian yang ada tidak cukup banyak, hanya 7 orang, namun sangat lama sekali. Semoga ada kemajuan lagi.
The tellers are very loose, while more customers want to go to cs, but there are only 2 cs serving out of the many queues. There were not enough queues, only 7 people, but it was very long. Hopefully there will be more progress.

pelayanan security / satpam sangatlah ramah dan sigap,
walaupun mesin ATM sangatlah terbatas akan tetapi di tempat ini kita tetap merasa nyaman karena semua dilayani dengan cekatan pada saat saat jam kerja,
hanya sayang karena kemungkinan banyaknya nasabah lahan parkir di tempat ini sangatlah terbatas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pada hari jum'at kemarin waktu libur kerja, memyempatkan membuat rekening baru karena ditempat kerja baru mewajibkan antara 2 nama Bank sebagai syarat penerimaan gaji.
atas rekomendasi teman², saya langsung menuju Bank Cimb Niaga yang paling dekat yakni cabang Gejayan di jalan Affandi.
saya sengaja datang lebih pagi sebelum jam 8 berharap mendapat antrian pertama setelah bank buka pukul 8.00.
Alhamdulillah mendapat antrian pertama pada CS kedua.
overal pelayanan oke hanya saja penyampaian CS terlalu cepat sehingga saya harus pasang pendengaran dan penangkapan ekstra dengan lebih mendekatkan telinga ke pembatas antara CS dan customer.
tempatnya bersih. pelayanan bagus. hanya terlalu cepat penyampaian tapi saya berprasangka baik saja mungkin untuk mempersingkat waktu memberi kesempatan antrian berikutnya.

Last Friday when I was off work, I had the opportunity to create a new account because the new place of work requires between 2 names of banks as a condition for receiving salary.
On the recommendation of friends, I went straight to the closest Cimb Niaga Bank, namely the Gejayan branch on Affandi Street.
I purposely came early before 8 am hoping to get the first queue after the bank opened at 8:00.
Thank God I got the first queue at the second CS.
overall service is okay, it's just that the delivery of CS is too fast so I have to attach extra listening and capture by bringing my ear closer to the barrier between CS and the customer.
the place is clean. good service. just too fast delivery but I think it's okay maybe to shorten the time to give the next queue a chance.
