★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sekarang pelayanannya kurang memuaskan, gak seperti beberapa bulan yg lalu, ditanya baik-baik malah jawabnya nyolot, emang gak bisa ngomong dengan intonasi yg baik ya?? ada tuh salah satu atasan disitu, gak ramah. ngeselin. gak ngerti deh, katanya sebelum transaksi suruh konfirmasi dulu, terus udah konfirmasi, eh dia suruh konfirmasi lagi, kok gak efektif banget ya :( :(
 now the service is unsatisfactory, not like a few months ago, being asked nicely instead the answer was stuck, really can't talk with good intonation huh ?? there was one of the superiors there, not friendly. annoying. I don't understand, he said before the transaction told me to confirm first, then I confirmed, eh he told me to confirm again, how come it wasn't really effective? :( :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaat cs cuma ada 2 dan yg dibuka cuma 1. Dan keterangan papannya sedang istirahat pdhal jam istirahat udah lewat. Dan disaat layanan org biasa dibedain dg layanan prioritas, disitulah bikin kzl??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pake mesin cs digital ktp ga ke detect. Mau ganti kartu atm tp cso cuma 1. Jadinya ngantri mayan lama. Padahal proses ganti kartunya sebenarnya ga lama.
Parkir lumayan luas. Bersih jg. Mesin atm ada 2
Using a digital CS machine, ID card is not detected. Want to change the atm card but cso only 1. It makes a long queue for food. Even though the process of changing the card actually didn't take long.
Parking is quite spacious. Clean too. There are 2 ATM machines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi Bank BCA KCP Alaydrus sekarang sudah pindah persis ke seberang depan dari gedung yang lama,kini area pelayanan jadi lebih luas dan lebih nyaman, lokasi teller dan cs ada di lantai dua,
parkiran juga jadi lebih bagus, termasuk lokasi ATM lebih nyaman,
Pelayanan mulai dari security sampai petugas CS ramah.
Saya ke costumer servis untuk ganti kartu ATM, proses lumayan cepat dan memuaskan

The location of Bank BCA KCP Alaydrus has now moved right across the front of the old building, now the service area is wider and more comfortable, the location of the teller and cs is on the second floor,
parking is also better, including the location of the ATM is more convenient,
Services ranging from security to friendly CS officers.
I went to the customer service to replace the ATM card, the process was quite fast and satisfying
