★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannyaa burukk... Costomer service yg cowokk nada bicaranyaa ngebentak2 dan kerass sekalii... Seperti marah2 dan judess bngett.... Dan tellernyaa pun samaa... Tidak adaa senyum dan tidak ada kata "terima Kasih" ... ???
The service is bad ... The costomer service that the guy has the tone of voice blows and blurts out ... Like being angry and judging bitch ... And the teller is the same ... There is no smile and no word "thank you" ... ?? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati² mesin ATM yg sebelah kanan, saya mau narik malah ga keluar uangnya. Pas cek rekening koran, saldonya berkurang.
Alhamdulillah ada satpam BTN nya yg ngebantu.
Sebelum narik, tanya dulu ke satpam nya mesin mana yg bisa dipake buat tarik uang.
Kalo emang ga keluar uangnya, telpon aja nomer call center yg ada di kartu BTN kalian. Jangan lupa catet tanggal kejadian, dan lokasi nya
