★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya jelek... Kok bisa ya bank sebesar itu mempekerjakan orang yang tidak mempuni, katanya bank memberi pelayanan. Cerita berawal ketika ibu saya ingin tarik tunai.
Sebelum antri petugas tiket memberininfo bahwa di bank btn cabang mangun jaya untuk tarik tunai cukup membawa ktp dan buku tabungan tapi setelah antri pihak teller meminta atm dalam penarikan tersebut. Logikanya kalo harus ada atm ngapain saya cape2 Ngantri. Tinggal tarik aja di atm. Mohon dibtelusuri untuk petugas yang bekerja pada tgl11 september 2017

Masa jam stengah 11 sdh ga bisa terima nasabah buat kartu atm.
Ditolak sm satpam.
Memang ada pemberitahuan tutup sampe jam 12 siang tp jam stengah 11 siang sdh ga bisa terima nasabah.
Tlg kepala cbg nya klo buat pemberitahuan yg jelas !!!!
