★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jam 10 pagi dtg satpamny bilang no antrian penuh sambil telponan, mksudny penuh tu gmn?di dlm ruangan cm ada costumer 3orang, yg nunggu diluar cm 5orang.
apa antrian sehari cm 10orang doang abis tu kantor tutup?jam kerjany kan nympe sore.
tolong dong diperbaiki pelayananny, jauh bgt klo dibandingin sma bank lain.
at 10 am the security guard came and said the queue number was full while calling, what do you mean it was full? Inside the room, there were 3 customers, 5 people waiting outside.
Is the queue a day only 10 people after that the office is closed? The working hours are late in the afternoon.
please improve the service, it's too far compared to other banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananya sangat buruk.dapet antrian.no 13 dr jam 7:37:23..suruh nunggu ngemper d luar dh kaya pengemis..pasd tanya securitynya jawabanya sangat menyebalkan..msa cma buat rek butuh waktu berjam2 pas d tanya kalau buat rek lama mas kan masukin data hello kita buat rek bukan btn aja bank yg lain gk begini bosssskuhh
The service is very bad. I got a queue. No. 13 dr at 7:37:23.. told to wait outside and was like a beggar.. When I asked about security, the answer was very annoying.. msa cma it took hours when I asked if I was making an old account bro, enter the hello data, let's make an account, not just other banks, isn't it like this bosssskuhh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scurity nya jutek gk ramah.. Baru masuk udh suru pulang pdhl baru jam 11..pelayanan scurity nya jg ga sopan lagi nnya mlah di tinggal pergihh. Tolong scurity seperti itu lebih di ajarin sopan santun lg.
The security is jutek, not friendly.. I just came in and I had to go home, it was only 11 o'clock.. the security service wasn't polite anymore, they just left. Please, such security is taught more manners.

Belum masuk ke dlm...p satpam keluar Dan memberitau ga bisa transaksi, krn atasan tidak masuk krn sakit.
Tergantung tulisan juga , ATM tidak bisa di gunakan.
Yesterday, February 14th, I accompanied a friend to this BTN.
Haven't been in yet...p security guard came out And told him he couldn't make a transaction, because the boss didn't come in because he was sick.
Depending on the writing too, ATM can not be used.
