★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah melakukan pelunasan KPR BTN sejak tanggal 27 Januari 2022 dan dijanjikan 4 hari dokumen dapat diambil. Saya datang untuk mengambil dokumen tetapi belum ada dan dijanjikan 2 hari lagi. Akhirnya sampai saat ini belum saya terima dokumen (sertifikat) rumah saya. Sampai saya datang ke BTN Harmoni untuk mengadukan hal ini. Kewajiban saya lunasi tetapi hak saya tidak bisa ditepati.
I have paid off my KPR BTN since January 27, 2022 and was promised 4 days for the documents to be collected. I came to pick up the paperwork but it wasn't there yet and was promised 2 more days. Finally, until now I have not received the document (certificate) of my house. Until I came to BTN Harmoni to complain about this. My obligations are paid off but my rights cannot be fulfilled.
