My experience was bad with a security guard on 12 September 2020 at 23.00 WIB at the BTN Caringin Bogor ATM. Security guard not friendly. Inform me disrespectfully about my money that was swallowed at the ATM. Peeve.

Saturday 12 September 2020 at 23:00 I took the money at the bank atm btn looking for bogor my money did not come out of 250 rb. The guard did not allow me to take a photo of the atm. The security was not friendly, not cooperative with the customer.

Sya tidak tau jadwal buka tutup bank BTN cabang Caringin setau sy bank lain buka senin smpi jumat, selama PPKM juga sama mungkin kapasitas yg kerja dan pelayanannya dibatasi. Masukkan saja min Kalau ada jdwal dri BTN pusat langsung di ganti jadwal yang di googlenya. Jadi enk jawab jawabnya bisa liat di updtean google. Kalau jawabannya tunggu jadwal dari pusat custemer tidak bisa liat infonya. Terimaksih
