Cs and tellers are not friendly at all. Unfriendly. Don't say thanks again. That's bad. Only when the security guard who is friendly and kind wants to help with this. Not clear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang ramah, terutama security nya, mungkin lebih baik jika memberi info kepada customer secara halus, tidak perlu membentak, karena kepahaman antara 1 orang dengan orang yang lain berbeda.
The service is not friendly, especially the security, it might be better if you give information to the customer in a subtle way, no need to yell, because the understanding between one person and another is different.
