Sy mau buka Link di daerah citereup utk sebagai bisnis usaha di ruko sy,tapi setiap istri sy pergi ke cabang di Sentul mereka bilang tdk bisa dan harus ke cibinong ke Bank BRI cibinong katanya org yg urusan ini lagi kebogor,dan satpam bilang besok sj baru datang ibu,sekarng tanggal 13-12-2021 dari pagi jam 08 istri sy tungguin sampai jam 14:30 kata pak Satpam ibu harus buat jadwal perjanjian dgn org bank yg bertugas bagian urusan link itu,sy cuma mau tanya ko ribet bangat urusan link ya Bpk pimpinan BRI Bogor..knp dr kemarin Satpam tdk ngomong buat perjanjia supaya istri sy buat perjanjian kemarin dan hari ini bisa urusin sdh tunggu dr pagi tapi sia2,tolong di perhtikan maslah ini Bpk pimpinan..jgn selalu bikin ribet masyarakat yg mau buka usaha utk kehidupan keluarganya,itu sj utk ketahuan Bpk2...sekian terima kaih

Mr. BRI Bogor leadership..why didn't the security guard talk about an agreement yesterday so that my wife can make an agreement yesterday and today can take care of it. Tau sendiri lah pelayanannya kaya gimana, udah lama dan maaf terkesan kurang kompeten. Masih dikasih bintang 2 bukan bintang 1, karena pelayanan dari pihak security yang sangat ramah. Mohon untuk lembaga perbankan plat merah diperbaiki pelayanannya dari berbagai sistem

Suatu kali jauh sblm covid, sy ke bank ini dicek ktp lalu tidak diperbolehkan masuk oleh satpam krn tidak pakai sepatu ?. krn mendesak, akhirnya syarat itu sy penuhi dulu, lalu balik lagi. Ternyata antriannya banyak sekali. Baru ke sana lagi setelah covid. Tetap mengantri walau tidak panjang antriannya. Para pengantri duduk-duduk d skitar pintu masuk sampai dipanggil satpam untuk masuk. Tata ruangnya di tahun 2022 lebih menyenangkan dan lebih rapi. satpam n tellernya juga ramah2 sekarang. ?
One time, long before covid, I went to this bank to check my ID and the security guard was not allowed to enter because I didn't wear shoes . Because of the urgency, I finally fulfilled the conditions first, then came back again. Turns out there were a lot of queues. Just been there again after covid. Keep queuing even if the queue is not long. The queues sat around the entrance until the security guard called to enter. The layout in 2022 is more fun and tidier. the security guard and teller are also friendly now. ?
