Sequrity yang jaga di hari ini 15 Mei 2020 sangat kurang ramah, menjelaskan dan mengarahkan nasabah yang datang. Mohon kiranya buat Kepala cabang di tempat tersebut agar Mengtraining ulang petugas tersebut agar lebih ramah untuk kenyamanan nasabah di BRI Gondang ini.
Semoga BRI Gondang Lebih maju dan semakin Sukses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bri paling parah dari yang pernah gw temuin ,dari security, teller, sampai cs ga adabyang bener ,ga punya sopan santun ,songong merasa paling tau ,bukanya membantu malah songong ,kapok gw kesini mending ke jotanya langsung! Untuk pengawas tolonglah di tegur! Jangan mentang2 di desa jadi songong gitu!
Bri is the worst I've ever met, from security, tellers, to cs, it's not true, doesn't have any manners, songong feels the most knowing, it's not helping, it's even songong, I'm giving up here, it's better to go straight to his jot! For supervisors please reprimand! Don't just say that in the village you are so songong!
