β β β β β Teller yang jaga hari ini tgl 20/09/2021 tidak bisa menangkap maksd pelanggan dengan baik.. marai emosi.. pelanggan sudah menjelaskan tidak hanya satu kali,,bahkan sebelumnya sudh menanyakan ke CS mengenai pembayaran angsuran..
The teller on duty today 20/09/2021 couldn't catch the customer's intent properly.. getting emotional.. the customer has explained not only once,, even before asking CS about installment payments..
