Buruk pelayanan nya, saya diminta ayah saya buat ngurus bantuan dr sekolahan tempat ayah bekerja, 1. pada hari 1 saya disuruh ngambil no antrian sama dikasih kertas buat ngisi data pembukaan tabungan lalu disuruh pulang 2. Hari ke 2 saya datang lagi bersama ayah setelah antri sama petugas saya di informasikan bahawa dana tidak ada baru ada besok siang nya dan saya disuruh pulang 3. Hari ke 3 saya datang bareng ayah lagi di sini saya dikasih buku tabungan yg udah ada uang masuk sebesar yg tertera pada foto yah, kemudian petugas nya bilang dana tidak bisa diambil sekarang baru bisa diambil besok siang. Disini saya mulai kesal kenapa pihak BRI seolah berbelit belit dan tidak memberikan information yg secara lengkap dari awal hanya disuruh bolak balik.... Karna saya tidak percaya pada petugas BRI srandakan akir nya saya memutuskan pindah bank di BRI Sanden alhamdulilah saat itu langsung beres ngak harus bolak balik seperti di srandakan yg melelahkan.... Dan saat itu temen kerja bapak saya juga ngurus di BRI sanden langsung cair pada hari ke 1.. tapi ya sudah anggap saja tuhan sedang menguji kesabaran ku...

And at that time my father's work friend also took care of BRI Sanden immediately liquidated at Day 1 ... but let's just say that God is testing my patience ...

Mba cs kerudung , pelayana gak ramah... Bikin mbanking yg suruh ribet kita , cuma di kasih kertas...panduan. Not gud sekali...klo satpam dah ok sih....tinggal CS nya kurang sabar..pernah ada ibu² udah tua...minta di jelasin , malah di bentak²..
