★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letaknya sudah strategis, tempat duduk untuk menunggu sudah di tambah di bagian luar, tapi pelayanan nya terlalu lambat sehingga antriannya menumpuk, menunggu terlalu lama. ATM juga sering error untuk pengambilan.

Para mantri yang muda, sabar dan semanak memberikan nilai tambah tersendiri bagi Bank BRI Mertoyudan. Ada mas Ekky, Faisal dan mbak Betty. Satpam cukup sabar dan mengerti dengan kondisi berbagai kalangan. Dulu ada kang Harry, kang Heru dsb. Ramah pelayanannya dan servicenya cukup memuaskan.
One of the BRI bank units in Mertoyudan which is quite busy being visited by its customers with various service needs. The mantri who are young, patient and kind provide added value for Bank BRI Mertoyudan. There are Mr. Ekky, Faisal and Ms. Betty. The security guard is quite patient and understands the conditions of various circles. There used to be Kang Harry, Kang Heru and so on. Friendly service and satisfying service.
