★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padahal antrian kosong hampir 20 menit tidak dipanggil , lalu tiba tiba ada customer dengan alasan nglengkapin data nyelonong ngasih ke CS tanpa antrian pdhl antrian sudah sampe ke angka 15 dan baru berjalan 4, mohon koreksinya untuk karyawan BRI
Even though the queue was empty for almost 20 minutes, it was not called, then suddenly there was a customer with the excuse of completing the data, giving them to CS without queuing, even though the queue has reached 15 and has just run 4, please correct it for BRI employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu cabang bank bri yang ada di kota magelang yaitu bank bri unit magelang utara. Karena dekat dengan domisili saya mengurus internet banking yang terblokir disini dan tidak harus di pusat ketika saya ganti kartu debit lama. Cukup di cabang bank bri terdekat bisa untuk rilis blokir internet banking.
Untungnya suasana di cabang selalu tidak begitu ramai seperti di pusat yang antreannya berjam-jam. Tidak sampai 15 menit nomor antrean saya dipanggil CS. Selesai semua permasalahan blokir jika sudah sampai CS. Oiya syarat yg harus dibawa biasanya KTP, kartu Debit dan Buku tabungan karena pasti di tanyakan oleh CS. CS juga memastikan apakah benar2 pemilik akun atau bukan dengan menanyakan nama ibu kandung. Jika benar maka tidak ada masalah.
Satu hal yang harus diperbaiki bank bri adalah jangan sering memblokir akun internet banking. Karena akan makan waktu buat ngurusnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meski tempatnya tidak terlalu luas, tapi selalu ramai, dengan pelayanan yg cepat dan ramah...selalu bisa membantu kami sebagai nasabah ...saya kesana pas bertepatan dengan HUT nya BRI jadi suasananya meriah banyak balon² dan ada camilan snack dan air mineral...?keren...sukses utk BRI dalam melayani nasabah..
Although the place is not too large, but it's always crowded, with fast and friendly service...always able to help us as customers...I went there just to coincide with BRI's anniversary so the atmosphere was lively with lots of balloons and snacks and mineral water.. ? cool... success for BRI in serving customers..
