Baru tahu kalo di dalam kantor cabang bri ini tidak boleh mengambil foto, padahal di kantor lain santay aja tuh. Katanya sih ada undangΒ²nya. Pelayanan kurang baik.

Sekarang mesin ATM komplit. Selain Tarik Tunai, sekarang juga sudah ada Setor Tunai. Memudahkan bgt. Jadi ga perlu repot2 antri di teller buat nabung tunai?

Maaf saya ngasi bintang 2 dikarenakan pengalaman saya, Saat saya mau ambil uang tidak di atm dikarenakan kartu saya error malah ditegur satpam yg masih muda katannya mau tutup dan saya harus nunggu besoknya, Lalu ada orang yg diperbolehkan masuk setelah saya dan ambil antrian Saat saya tanya malah saya disuruh ke atm dan ditemani padahal saya sudah jelaskan bahwa kartu saya error dan kemarin saya sudah ke situ ditemani sama satpam yg beda tidak bisa dan disuruh ambil langsung besoknya tapi satpam yg ini ngeyel, Setelah dibantu dan tetap tidak bisa ahirnya dia mencoba sendiri dan tidak bisa juga, Saat saya tanya kok yg tadi boleh masuk padahal dia dibelakang saya dan ahirnya saya boleh masuk tapi dia bilang saya paling ahir tanpa memberi nomor antrian, Lalu setelah saya duduk ternyata banyak yg diperbolehkan masuk dan ambil nomor antrian saat saya tanya "kok itu ambil nomor pak ?" Dia malah kayak tidak peduli lalu saya ambil nomor dan dia tanya "mau bikin kelihan atau ambil uang?, kalo ambil uang ambil yg itu" dengan nada yg agak tidak enak, ( mungkin saya juga salah karena hanya mengenakan kaos dan celana pendek pakai sendal tidak seperti nasabah lain yg rapi ), Tetapi kan saya juga nasabah yg punya kepentingan dan bayar juga kok sama kayak yg lain, dan heranya setelah saya ambil uang dan dia liat saya ambil uang saya dia langsung berubah mukannya dan menyapa saya, tidak seperti saat saya datang dia tidak nyapa dan malah kayak acuh meremehkan saya ! Tolong diberitahu satpamnya kalo menilai orang (nasabah) jangan pandang bulu / melihat dari tampilan saja
Sorry I gave 2 stars because of my experience, When I wanted to take money, it wasn't at the atm because my card had an error, instead, the young security guard said he wanted to close and I had to wait the next day, Then there are people who are allowed to enter after me and take the queue When I asked I was instead told to go to the ATM and be accompanied even though I explained that my card had an error and yesterday I was there accompanied by a different security guard who couldn't and was told to pick it up the next day but this security guard was annoying, After being helped and still can't he finally tried himself and couldn't either, When I asked why the one who was earlier was allowed to enter even though he was behind me and in the end I was allowed to enter but he said I was the last one without giving a queue number, Then after I sat down, it turned out that many were allowed to enter and take the queue number when I asked "why did you take the number, sir?" He didn't even care, so I took a number and he asked "do you want to make a joke or take money? If you take money, take that one" with a slightly uncomfortable tone (maybe I'm also wrong because I only wear t-shirts and shorts and don't wear sandals). like other neat customers), but I'm also a customer who has an interest and pays the same as the others, and surprisingly after I took the money and he saw me taking my money he immediately changed his face and greeted me, not like when I came he didn't say hello and even looked like he was ignoring me! Pernah konsultasi ke cs soal mobile banking. Mas cs nya kurang ramah. Kayak males2an gitu. Ya emg udah siang sih, menjelang tutup. Tapi masa ya hospitality ya berkurang. Di hari lain, jam yang sama dateng lagi dilayani cs wanita, bisa loh ramah dan sangat membantu sampai proses selesai. Sangat sabar.
Have consulted CS about mobile banking. Mas cs is not friendly. It's like lazy. Yes, it's already noon, just before closing. But it's time for hospitality to decrease.
