So there's only one teller, there are many customers but there are fewer employees, the CS queue is faster than the teller? Fix it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama ke BRI cabang ini. Ternyata ga seburuk ulasan yg saya baca.Atau mungkin sudah perbaikan pelayanan ya.
Dari awal masuk disambut oleh Security yg sangat care membantu tiap pengunjung. Mngkin klo masih jam2 pagi memang iyaa sih CS blm siap 100%.skitar jam 8.20 baru ready.
Tp mnurut saya ttp ok koq pelayanan CSnya. Klo lama itu ya trgantung masalah apa yg dihadapi oleh nasabah nya. Klo saya kbetulan cuma cetak buku baru jd proses cepat. Trus 1 lg klo nomor antrian tidak mau terlewat atw diabaikan maka lbh baik ttp ditunggu dgn sabar ya?jgn ditinggal2 sampai nomor antrian anda dipanggil.
Untuk tempat lumayan bersih. Antrian tidak trlalu ramai. Karna untuk antrian Teller proses cepat(sudah ada 2 petugas), yg agak lama di antrian CS.
This is my first time to this BRI branch. It turns out that it's not as bad as the reviews I read. Or maybe the service has improved.
From the moment you enter, you are greeted by Security who really cares to help each visitor. Maybe if it's still 2 in the morning, yes, CS isn't 100% ready yet. At around 8.20 it's just ready.
But in my opinion, it's ok, the CS service. For a long time, it depends on what problems the customer is facing. If I happen to just print a new book, the process is fast. Then again, if the queue number doesn't want to be missed or ignored, it's better but wait patiently, don't leave it until your queue number is called.
For a pretty clean place. The queue is not too crowded. Because for the Teller queue the process is fast (there are already 2 officers), which takes a long time in the CS queue.
