★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habis istirahat CS standby lg jam 13.25. Harusnya jam 13.00 dimana2. Nol bgt servicenya. Tlg tingkatkan lg disiplinnya.
After resting CS standby again at 13:25. It should be 1:00 p.m. everywhere. Zero service. Tlg improve discipline again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank BUMN, customernya banyak, CS cm 1. Handle 1 customer bs 30 menit. Lama sekali servicenya.
Security entah kemana, pengunjung sudah membludak sampe nggak ada jarak tapi tidak dibatasi dulu untuk tdk masuk. Nol protokol. sesama nasabah ngobrol nonstop tanpa ada warning dari pihak bank. Memprihatinkan.
BUMN Bank, many customers, CS cm 1. Handle 1 customer can be 30 minutes. The service took a long time.
I don't know where the security is, the visitors are booming to the point where there is no distance but they are not limited to not entering. Zero protocol. fellow customers chat non-stop without any warning from the bank. Apprehensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS 2 tp lelet bgt servicenya, kursi duduk cuma 4 biji doang tp customer mbludak. Yg duduk jaga jarak tp yg berdiri sampe ga jaga jarak. Nunggu 2 jam berdiri jg kgk dipanggil². Service buruk!!!! CS jg ilang²an
CS 2 but the service is very slow, only 4 seats are sitting but the customer is booming. Those who sit, keep their distance, but those who stand up to keep their distance. Waiting for 2 hours standing up and being called. Bad service !!!! CS is also missing out

It's been a long time making it. How can customers want to set up a bank with services like this? It's been 1 hour 30 minutes and still haven't arrived. Even though only how many people are queuing. sorry
