Jam 08:01 ada 2 teller yg jaga dan aktif kerja, saya dapet antrian ke 5 (nomer antrian yg dipanggil sudah sampai no 2 yg artinya sisa 2 antrian lagi untuk kemudian giliran saya) Dengan 2 orang teller butuh waktu 1 jam 30 menit untuk sampai di antrian KE 5 dari 2 org yg tersisa. Super lelet dan lemes bngt kayak orang ga dikasih makan mbaknya. Ga hanya itu, setelah tiba giliran saya dgn keperluan "mengurus M-banking" Saya harus masukin pink 4x dengan 1x masukin pin di ulang 3x yg artinya saya pencet pink sebanyak 12 kali wkwkwk gila bangettt. Udah gitu mbak teller atas nama LADY bilang kalo mesinnya "error" Jadi blm bisa bikin M-banking. WKWKWKWKWK emang sebelum kerja gak ada kah mengecek semua apakah berfungsi atau tidak? Bener bener PARAH BANGET. Dari semua bank tabungan saya, cuma Di BRI sini yg pelayanannya kaya ayam ga dikasih makan. Lemes banget mbaknya. LELET
At 08:01 there are 2 tellers guarding and actively working, I got the 5th queue (the queue number that has been called has reached number 2 which means that there are 2 more queues for my turn) With 2 tellers it took 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive in the 5th queue of the remaining 2 people. Super sluggish and very soft like someone who hasn't been given food by Ms. Not only that, after it was my turn with the need to "take care of M-banking" I had to enter pink 4x with 1x re-entering the pin 3x which means I pressed pink 12 times, wow, that's really crazy. That's it, Ms. the teller on behalf of LADY said that the machine had an "error" so I couldn't make M-banking. WKWKWKWKWK Isn't there anyone before work to check whether everything is working or not? REALLY REALLY AWESOME. Of all my savings banks, only at BRI here, the service is like chicken without being fed. It's very lame. LEET
