★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu unit BRI Mertoyudan yang cukup ramai diminati orang di belahan Mertoyudan Bagian Barat. Menempati lokasi di Jalan Magelang Purworejo di Desa Glagah setelah SPBU Glagah. Tidak terlalu besar dan boleh dibilang cukup sempit tetapi terbantu oleh AC yang cukup dingin dan kapasitas customer yang dibatasi untuk melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Pegawai yang muda, cukup ramah dan sabar melayani customer yang cukup sepuh. Sangat terbantu dengan adanya Satpam yang mumpuni dan sangat fleksibel. Sayang tidak ada mutu baku bagi pelayanan CS yang cukup membantu customer untuk lebih bersabar karena diamati untuk satu customer ada pelayanan hampir 40 menit. Barangkali sebagai bentuk kehati-hatian ya...???
 One of the BRI Mertoyudan units, which is quite busy with people in the western part of Mertoyudan. It occupies a location on Jalan Magelang Purworejo in Glagah Village after the Glagah gas station. Not too big and arguably quite narrow, but it is helped by the air conditioner which is cold enough and the customer capacity is limited to implement health protocols. The employees are young, friendly enough and patient to serve elderly customers. It was greatly helped by the presence of a security guard who was qualified and very flexible. Unfortunately there is no standard quality for CS services which is sufficient to help customers to be more patient because it is observed that for one customer there is almost 40 minutes of service. Maybe as a form of caution ... ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebagai bank milik pemerintah atau Badan Usaha Milik Negara BUMN, Bank BRI unit Glagah ini mempunyai fitur dan standard operasional prosedur yang baik. Berada di pinggiran jalan raya membuat tempat ini ramai dikunjungi nasabah untuk kebutuhan perbankan mereka. Keramaian ini juga terjadi di malam hari karena ada dua mesin anjungan tunai mandiri ( atm )
As a state-owned bank or a state-owned enterprise, Bank BRI Glagah unit has good features and standard operating procedures. Being on the outskirts of the highway makes this place crowded with customers for their banking needs. This crowd also occurs at night because there are two automatic teller machines (atm)

bri glagah unit, one of the bri banks which is strategically located.. even though the office is not too large but the service is okay.. from the security guard to the friendly tellers and cs.. continue to improve their performance ?
