★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan customer service dn teller ok, tp syg petugas cs & teller cm 1 jd antriannya lama. securitynya baru alhamdulillah ramah.
semoga ke depannya ada mesin untuk setor tunai agar lbh mudah& efisien jk ingin menabung.
 customer service and teller ok, but cs officers & teller cm 1 so the queue is long. the security is new, thank God it is friendly.
I hope that in the future there will be a machine for depositing cash so that it is easier & more efficient if you want to save.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ngajuin kur udah hampir 2 bulan masih aja gak di kompimasi,di tanyain sama marketingnya gak jelas jawabanya gak responsif padahal gua butuh banget buat ngembangin usaha saat ini apalagi saat ini lagi pandemi nyari kerja susah mau minjem juga di persusah juga, ampun deh saya harap pelayannya di tingkatkan lagi katanya bank rakyatnya Indonesia tapi jelek banget pelayannya gak kaya bang sebelah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah.. Sekarang pelayanannya sudah lebih tertib dan mengikuti prosedur jadi rasa keadilan para nasabah bisa terpenuhi, ya moga saja terus ditingkatkan.
Untuk kepatuhan dalam penerapan Prokes juga cukup baik.
Parkiran juga lumayan memadai dan aman karena ada tenaga scuritt.
Alhamdulillah.. Now the service is more orderly and follows procedures so that the customer's sense of justice can be fulfilled, so hopefully it will continue to be improved.
Compliance in the implementation of Prokes is also quite good.
Parking is also quite adequate and safe because there are security personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buruk banget pelayanan di cabang yg ini di seeng .. orng nunggu dri jam 10 .sampe jam 1 katanya cs nya udh full gk bisa ngelayanin lagi ... Loll .. tau gtu bilang dri awal biar orng gk nunggu2 .paling layanin rakyat 5mnt an .. pekerja nya lol semua

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BRI terdekat dg rumah ya di sini. Hanya seharusnya pelayanannya diubah agar antrian tidak terlalu panjang. Di unit lain juga bisa tidak separah ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pantes aja ratting nya buruk baru aja dr sini dan emang bener buruk banget pelayanan nya security juga sama aja...Bank tutup jam 15:15 kita dateng jam 12:55 katanya udah ga bisa buka rekening alesannya udah mau tutup heyy.. Heyy tutup d situ jelas" jam 3 dan ga ada antrian pula d teller nya cm ada 1 orang aja yg antri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pantes review orang pada buruk ternyata memang seburuk itu pelayanannya, ini BRI lho bank rakyat indosensia tapi ama rakyat kok pelayanannya gt. Apalagi CS ny.. angkuh,, dan satu lgi baru kali ini bikin rekening dipotong asuransi 50rb.. aneh..
No wonder people's reviews are bad, it turns out that the service is that bad, this is BRI, you know, the Indonesian people's bank, but how come the service is the people?
