★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya berharap, bener bener diperiksa berkas berkasnya penerima bpum..ada sku, nib bener punya usaha apa enga, kasihan yg beneran punya malah ga dapat..mohon ketelitian petugasnya.
 I hope that the BPum recipients really check the files..there is a sku, what kind of business do you really have, it's a shame that those who actually have it can't even get it..please be careful with the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga k jelas beda jauh ama bank2 seblah ngantri pagi ampe mau tutip baru dilayani... CS cuma 1 yg antri ampe pd pulang dongkol... Tambah doong CSnyaaa..... Cari aja yg laen....
It's not clear that it's much different from the banks, before queuing up in the morning until you want to collect it and just being served... Only 1 CS queued up until you got home cranky... Please add the CS..... Just look for something else....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ntah udah brp kali kesini selalu mengecwakan. Satpamnya gtu banget gak ada ramahnya sama sekali, giliran yang pake seragam di dahulukan . Yang ibu2 mau ke CS bilangnya nomor abis. Maksdnya apa coba membeda2kan gtu. Astaghfirullah cuma bisa istighfar klo kesini. Udahlah cukup ke BRI mending ke BAnk lain yang pelayanan nya jauh lebih ramah. Dan privasi nasabah dijaga. Enggak kaya di disini ada orang mau ambil duit diatas 100jt satpam nanya orang di dlm pake HT malah kenceng banget. Astaghfirullah . Gk ngertiin bnyk kejahatan apa gimana tujuan nya??????? Pelayanan sangat BURUK.
No matter how many times I've been here it's always disappointing. The security guard is really not friendly at all, it's the turn to wear the uniform first. Those who want to go to CS say the number is out. What do you mean by trying to differentiate? Astaghfirullah can only istighfar if you come here. Never mind BRI, it's better to go to another bank whose service is much friendlier. And customer privacy is protected. It's not like here, there are people who want to take money above 100 million. The security guard asks the people inside using HT, it's really loud. Astaghfirullah. I don't understand how many crimes are there, what is the purpose????? Very BAD service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lamnat sekali CS bank BRI sini, not recomended klu datang bank bri cabang cilandak. CS, jam 1.20 siang dua2anya tdk ditempat. Baru sy tegur masuk kantor, baru keluar CSnya parah sekali. Mohon manager BRI cab cilandak dievaluasi pelayanannya.
The service is very fast CS BRI bank here, not recommended if the Cilandak branch of the BRI bank arrives. CS, at 1:20 pm the two of them are not available. I just rebuked entering the office, then CS was very bad. Please evaluate the BRI cab manager service.

It sucks, just make a statement letter from the school bpkb to extend the old certificate from 2 to 5 it's not finished yet
