Pelayanan parah. Gak ada nomor antrian, CS gk ramah, terutama yang cowo. Training yang bener dulu sebelum kerja. Masa mau bikin rekening persyaratan berbelit2 dan tidak dijelaskan dengan baik-baik. Malah dilempar2 ke petugas lain. Udah gitu sangat meremehkan nasabah dari tampilan. Ngomong sambil cengengesan. Akhirnya gak jadi bikin rekening di situ. Kalo masih gitu mending tutup aja!
Serious service. There is no queue number, CS is not friendly, especially guys. Correct training first before work. The period of wanting to create an account with requirements is convoluted and is not well explained. In fact, they were thrown at other officers. Already so, I really underestimate the customer from the look of it. Talking while cengengesan. In the end, I didn't make an account there. If it's still like that, it's better to just close it!

Kinerja nya lama sekaliiiii... masuk 3 no antrian selesai nya hampir 2 jam lebih. :( ..
