★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu saya pergi k bank, dan malah dipermalukan oleh pegawai disana karna salah malah ke teller harusnya ke cs. Kenapa tidak diberitahu malah dipermalukan didepan umum! Bukannya tugas nya itu melayani nasabah? Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan nya. Tolong diperbaiki !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ke sini malam hari saat Bank ini sudah tutup, namun Mesin ATM tetap buka, saya kesini untuk mengambil uang di mesin ATM.
Lumayan ada antrian di depan mesin ini, tapi tidak banyak hanya 3 orang didepan saya,jadi saya tidak menunggu lama.
Bank ini terlihat bersih dan nyaman, tempat parkir rapih dan cukup, dan mesin ATM bekerja dengan lancar.
Untuk saran, disini ketika malam hari penerangan menurut saya kurang, mengingat banyak orang yang mengambil Uang ke mesin ATM ini menghindari kejahatan,atau tindakan merugikan lainnya,saya saran lampunya agar lebih terang di sudutnya.

This bank looks clean and comfortable, the parking lot is neat and sufficient, and the ATM machine works smoothly.
