JELEK BANGET PELAYANANNYA. SLOW RESPON KERJANYA BERTELE TELE APALAGI SATPAM PELANGA PELONGO GA NGEBANTU SAMA SEKALI, DIEM AJA TERUS KAYA PATUNG GA BERGUNA.
VERY BAD SERVICE. THE SLOW RESPONSE WORKS THROUGHOUT TELEPHONE, ESPECIALLY THE PELANGA PELONGO SECRET DOESN'T HELP AT ALL, JUST STAY ONLY LIKE A USEFUL STATUE.

Custemer Servis (CS) yang melayani hanya buka 1, jadi menyebabkan antrian dan pelayanan lambat. saat mengantri di CS, masih ada aja yang serobot langsung Ke CS padahal datangnya belakangan, tidak tahu pengaturannya bagaimana.. SEBAGAI NASABAH MERASA TIDAK MEMUASKAN. MENDING KE CABANG LAIN, ATAU KE BANK INDUKNYA LANGSUNG ATAU KALO PERLU GANTI AJA BANK LAIN YANG LEBIH MEMUASKAN.
The customer service (CS) that serves is only open 1, so it causes queues and slow service. when queuing at CS, there are still people who rush straight to CS even though they arrive later, don't know how to arrange it.. AS A CUSTOMER FEEL NOT SATISFACTORY. DIRECTLY TO ANOTHER BRANCH, OR TO THE Parent BANK DIRECTLY OR IF NEED TO CHANGE ANOTHER BANK THAT IS MORE SATISFACTORY.

Unit cabang yang lokasinya dipinggir jalan mudah terlihat dari jalan raya. Parkir cukup untuk sedikit mobil dan beberapa motor. Pelayanan agak lama terutama di tanggal2 pencairan dana pensiun. Toilet ada di dalam office jadi agak susah buat konsumen.
