Iya betul, untuk satpam suka mandang customer yang datang. Cara Ngelihatinnya pun gak sopan. Kyak kita ini di anggap gembel yg datang ke bank. Ngomong sama customer juga sambil duduk dekat cs, suruh nunggu di luar. Songong banget satpamnya.

antrianya gila brnkt jam 7 di layani jam 11, buat yg ada keperluan disini klo bisa ambil antrian di bawah jm 10 lebih itu biasanya udah habis paling satpam bilang besok lagi kembali kesini.. dr dulu gak asa kemajuan makin hari customer makin banyak tenaga kerja dan pelayanan gak di tambah

Pak satpam juga ikut membantu dalam pelayanan.. Yg penting kita tertib insyaallah cpet beres

Dari seluruh cabang BRI yang saya tau, cuma BRI cabang sambi yang punya satpam kurang welcome sama costumer. 1 tahun lalu mau bikin rekening baru antri di cs, antri dari jam 1. Dengan enaknya tanpa pemirsi satpam mendahulukan antrian dibelakang saya yang notabennya bukan orang tua / penyandang disabilitas / orang yg wajib didahulukan untuk antri. Kalo satpam tugasnya cuma menjaga keamanan sebaiknya tidak udah ikut melayani nasabah, tp kalo memang ada mandat untuk membantu melayani nasabah tolong lebih welcome dan jangan pandang bulu sama nasabah yang lain. Sampai akhirnya saya menjadi kostumer paling akhir. Dan setelah itu gak mau lg kesana pilih ke cabang lain.

Until finally I became the last customer. And after that, I don't want to go there anymore, choose another branch.

Pelayanan sangat lama CS tidak berpengalaman. Mengantri di bri sambi sangat membuang waktu.

ANEH. Biasanya di brosur KUR ada cp nyaya kan? Di semua bank. Kita udah nglengkapoin sarat2nya, udah ga di ACC sama SATPAMNYA. Keren sekali ini satpam nglebihi kepala cabang. Kita minta nomer mantri nya ga dikasih wkwkw
