Hari ini tgl 6 januari 2020 jam 14.00
saat masuk dikasih No antrian sama satpam No 1 dan masih nunggu 2 orng
Sy setia nunggu, setelah 1/2 jam nunggu ternyata ada nasabah yg ga ngantri dan langsung dilayani, sedangkan yg ngantri dengan nomor dicuekin sm kasir, dan yg bikin tambah kesel satpam trima setoran tunai yg nitip ke satpam tsb
Apa karena sy hanya setor 2 jt sehingga tidak dilayani, sedangkan nasabah yg setor nilai nya PULUHAN JUTA langsung dilayani tanpa harus ANTRI ! !!
sy keluar dengan kesal krn setor aja sampe 45 menit... Cukup tau aja pelayanan ini BRI.. Bca aja yg nasabah nya sangat bnyk dengan kasir yg menyesuaikan dengan jumlah konsumen.. Ngantri tidak lebih dr 15 menit..
Semoga manajemen memperbaiki pelayanan nasabah yg kecewa ! ! !

Is it because I only deposit 2 million so that it is not served, while customers who deposit the value of TENS MILLION are directly served without having to ANIFY! !!
I just came out annoyed because I deposited it until 45 minutes ... Just know this service, BRI. Only that the customer is very good with the cashier who adjusts to the number of consumers ... The queue is no more than 15 minutes ...
May management improve disappointed customer service! ! !
